Prerequisites
You should be comfortable with GitHub basics—cloning, forking, submitting pull requests, and navigating Issues, branches, and commit history. Familiarity with open collaboration practices such as contributor review, consensus-building, and versioning is expected. You should also be able to read and edit Markdown. Experience with YAML, GitHub Actions, CODEOWNERS, or open standards workflows (e.g., IPR review, ratification) is helpful but not required.
