The Linux Foundation THRIVE-ONE subscription plan grants you access to:
- Any self-paced e-learning course hosted on the Linux Foundation platform, for the subscription term length (the “Term”) set forth at the time of purchase. If you purchase a monthly plan, your Term is one month from the date of purchase, whereas the purchase of an annual plan results in a one year Term.
- (Standard/monthly subscription only) 1 Certification Exam coupon, which can be redeemed for any exam in our catalog, after 10 month continuous enrollment in a monthly subscription plan.
- (Annual subscription only) 1 Certification Exam coupon, which can be redeemed for any exam in our catalog when annual subscription payment is processed successfully. Coupons will be valid for one-year. Once redeemed, you will have one-year to schedule and take the exam, plus the retake if it’s needed.
- (Premium subscription only) 2 Certification Exam coupons, which can be redeemed for any exam in our catalog, when premium subscription payment is processed successfully. Coupons will be valid for one-year. Once redeemed, you will have one-year to schedule and take the exam, plus the retake if it’s needed.
Exclusions: The following content is not available through THRIVE-ONE. Instructor-led courses; FINOPS products; and SkillCreds.
Your subscription will begin with a 10-day free trial. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a free trial, including creating multiple free trial accounts, and to withdraw or to modify your free trial at any time without prior notice and without liability.
You agree to provide your Payment Method during online checkout before beginning your free trial. The Linux Foundation will not process your Payment Method for payment of your fee during your free trial though you may see an authorization on your Payment Method.
On the last day of your free trial we will convert your free trial into a paid Plan and process your Payment Method for the applicable fee on the billing frequency chosen during online checkout. From that date on, the automatic renewal will apply for all plans.
If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial.
Upon cancellation of your free trial, your access to the self-paced e-learning courses will terminate immediately.
You understand and agree that at the end of each applicable Term we will automatically process your payment, and renew your subscription plan for a period equal to the Term.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time during the Term.
There will be no refunds if you cancel prior to the end of your subscription term.
For example, if you have a monthly subscription, renewing on the 1st of the month, and you cancel on the 15th of a month, you will continue to have access until the end of the month and not receive a prorated refund for half of the month.
