Build Your Workspace, Improve Communication
& Drive Results from Anywhere
Linux Foundation Training and Certification has launched the new, free course Remote Work at Scale (LFC114) designed for anyone interested in sharpening their remote work skills. Participants will learn how to build their perfect workspace; manage up and cascade down; become stronger communicators; and facilitate cross-functional partnerships across town, or across oceans.
“As hybrid and remote work solidifies as the ‘new normal’ for new-collar and white-collar workers,” said Clyde Seepersad, SVP, General Manager, Training & Certification, Linux Foundation, “career success will require team members to have the skills and capabilities to thrive without the anchor of the ‘office’”.
This 8-hour, self-paced, e-Learning course will help participants optimize communication, boost productivity, perfect meetings, improve online connections and prioritize mental health in remote settings. Course topics include:
- Communicating effectively via text
- Taking control of the remote workday
- Ways to embrace asynchronous workflows
- Perfecting your workspace
- Managing rapport and relationships
Those that successfully complete the course receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge.
