Gian Marco Iodice, Principal Software Engineer, Arm
Gian Marco is an edge and mobile computing specialist at Arm, focused on machine learning (ML). He authored the TinyML Cookbook and co-created KleidiAI (2024) and the Arm Compute Library (2017) software libraries to optimize ML performance on Arm processors. He received the MSc with honors in electronic engineering from the University of Pisa (Italy), where he specialized in HW/SW co-design for embedded systems. Within Arm, he leads the engineering developments for Generative AI.
Ashok Bhat, Senior Product Manager, Arm
Ashok is a Senior Product Manager at Arm, focusing on optimizing machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LLama.cpp, and vLLM for Arm servers. He collaborates with Arm’s partners to advance ML technology and improve performance across the ecosystem.
Your host will be Tim Serewicz, Vice President of Education, Linux Foundation Education
Tim has over twenty years of experience working with Linux, emerging technology, and open source projects. At the Foundation, he drives the department’s strategy, development, and cross-functional delivery of content and also leads the Security Knowledge Framework team, building a platform of cybersecurity scenarios for developers to learn and test their skills, as well as keep current with common vulnerabilities.
